Returns policy

A valid claim regarding damaged goods or shortages in a consignment must be reported in writing within three working days of receipt of the goods. Upon acceptance of a valid claim, a credit note will be issued. Returns of shop-worn or priced merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No goods may be returned without prior consent in writing.
