All new customers must pay for their first order by pro-forma.
A credit account may be opened thereafter subject to completing Our standard credit
reference application form, and fulfilling all of their requirements.
Terms:-
Our standard Terms are 30 Days net.
Note that in all cases credit is granted by us as a privilege and as such may be
revoked at any time if any of our Terms are breached. The Diabolical Gift People
retains the legal right and at discretion to charge interest at the rate of 2.5%
monthly on overdue accounts.
Legal Title:-
Legal title of all goods supplied is retained by the Diabolical Gift People until
such time as they have been paid for inclusive of carriage (where Applicable) and
Government taxes.
Carriage:-
Our standard carriage paid order is £175.00 Net for mainland UK, Excluding the Scottish Highlands.
Orders under this amount will be charged at the rate of £10.00 per
consignment.
Carriage Paid for the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
is £500.00.
Orders Under this amount will be charged at the rate of £50.00 per
consignment.
Export Orders are defined as any orders located outside the United Kingdom and are supplied strictly on a pre-paid ex works basis.
Claims:-
A valid claim regarding damaged goods or consignment shortages will be immediately
addressed providing The Diabolical Gift People is notified within three days of receipt,
Upon acceptance of a valid claim, a Credit acknowledgement number will be allocated.
Returns of shop-worn or priced merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances
Retailer Responsibility:-
It is the onus of the 'Retailer' to merchandise all risque items in a responsible manner
And to keep Adult items in a place that is beyond the reach of children.
